Two souls. One Body. Sharing is not an option...

Terrible news has turned Anaea Salis's life upside down. There's nothing she can do to make it right and the stranger who stops to talk to her can't help. But when that stranger, Hunter, an ancient dragon spirit, is viciously attacked and forced to transfer his spirit into her body, Anaea's life takes a new terrifying twist.

Hunter should have known by now not to get involved with human affairs, but there was something about the woman that drew him to her and he just couldn't help himself. Trapped in her body all he wants is to get out, except whoever is trying to kill him is now after her.

Their only hope of survival... plunge into the deadly world of dragons.
It's not a secret that I love dragons, that's why Immortal Coil grabbed my attention. But I was also interested because it sounded different. Dragons souls sharing human bodies?

It didn't disappointed me. I was looking to read something original and Immortal Coil was good. Anaea is at the lowest point of her life and her only wish is that this stranger stop talking to her. But her life turns upside down when he, Hunter, is 'killed' and they are forced to share her body!

Hunter is an alpha male. He is a dragon soul, and he needs a human body to survive. Anaea isn't the body he would want, but it turns very difficult to leave her behind. So he needs to find a new body, and fast, because they are being hunted and can't keep running.

Immortal Coil was fast, with lots of action, twists and turns, and of course, some sexy romance. The story about why the dragons need human bodies is interesting, nothing I have ever read, and I wanted more. The ending felt a little bit abrupt, it obviously leaves many issues to resolve in other books, maybe? Anaea and Hunter are made for each other, but the only issue I had with the story was the body Hunter got in the end. It was kind disturbing.

Overall, Immortal Coil was a nice surprise. Definitely worth reading, specially if you're looking for an original story. Besides, who can say no to dragons? :P
