Garland, Michael Car Goes Far. Holiday House, 2013. $14.95. PICTURE BOOK. This book is about a car that goes out one day and gets messy. Things like smoke, mud, and birds make a mess on Car. He has to go to the wash. He gets wet and suds and dries off. Now car is clean again. The illustrations looked like cartoons and I liked that. I liked the story even though it was simple. Pre-K.
